Which insurance companies do you work with?

We work with every auto insurance company in the country. They like us because we are electronically linked with them to decrease paperwork, we do our best to accommodate their clients, and offer a Lifetime Warranty on all work.

But I'll have to file a bunch of paperwork with my insurance company, right?

No way. We make the process as easy as possible for you. At Accurate Auto Glass, we'll do all required paperwork to bill your insurance company directly. All you need to do is pay the amount of your deductible, if you have one. You can even save $25 on the deductible by booking online!

That's great, but will my insurance rates go up if I file an auto glass claim?

Not at all. Auto Glass replacement falls under your comprehensive insurance. This does not reflect your ability to drive safely. We offer most insurance companies a discount, so they will save money by using Accurate Auto Glass.

Do I need to be there while you replace my glass?

Nope. All we need is access to the vehicle. We replace the glass in your driveway or parking lot, so there is no need for you to be there.

So, what about quality? I don't want to have to replace my windshield again.

We can assure you that we use only high-quality auto glass from an Original Equipment Manufacturer such as PPG, Pilkington, LOF, Mopar, Carlite and Guardian. This is the reason we can offer our Lifetime Warranty. We know the fit and finish of our glass is nothing less than perfect! Many companies try to cut corners by using lower priced, lower quality glass. We install only OEM Quality parts.

I want to make an appointment. How long will it take to get it fixed?
